Do It Yourself Frat Boy Costume
Check out the headline image above from the classic move, “Animal House”. As you can see, there are a number of variants that you can introduce to pull off a frat boy costume. One of the more simple approaches is to throw on a blazer and khakis as well as white shirt and cheesy plaid tie. Then write “Pledge” on a piece of paper and tape (even duct tape) it onto the coat’s left breast. Easy, right?
Another stereotype that is often associated with frat boys is “preppy” attire. Khaki shorts, a polo shirt and a V-neck sweater along with a big wave in the hear pull this off well. See a few samples here. For the avoidance of doubt, try adding some greek letters to the sweater with masking tape. That should get the message across!
